Customer satisfaction is our goal. We have made returns as easy as possible for you. To return or exchange a product you may do so within 28 days of the date of despatch. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making the refund. Return Procedure All returns must be authorised in advance through our Customer care Team. Please call 0844 585 7560 for an authorisation number. Order confirmation numbers are your proof of purchase; keep your invoices so they can be referred to as needed. Order numbers and copy invoices must be provided for all returns. Please note: we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
