Welcome to SureSlim Hale, the weight and wellness clinic for Cheshire and South Manchester. At SureSlim Hale, I am helping my clients to achieve all of these benefits and more. One of the great success stories of the clinic so far is a client in her twenties who was taking diabetes medication when she started on the SureSlim Plan. She has now lost over 3 stone in 3 months and just last week her specialist has taken her off the medication due to her weight loss and her improved blood glucose levels. She is now looking at career changes which she never thought possible due to her weight!

I was first introduced to SureSlim by a friend whom I hadn’t seen for a while and was shocked, not only by the change in her body shape, but by how healthy she looked. I decided to try the programme for myself and after losing 2 stone decided to invest in a clinic in SureSlim Hale.

After teaching cookery for the past ten years I now use my knowledge in food planning and preparation to assist my clients with their own meal planning and recipes. I have extensive knowledge and experience dealing with clients on a one to one basis about various sensitive issues, and feel that my clients will definitely benefit from this background and hopefully it will contribute to their success.

As clichéd as it sounds, losing weight on the SureSlim Plan has honestly changed my life! Ben Lawers is a mountain in Scotland and is 4,000 feet high. This summer I reached the top instead of only managing half way because of my excess weight and feeling so unfit. I felt on top of the world! I am now training to run my first 10k run and walk a marathon – both events seemed beyond my reach for years. Everything is now within my reach, and you could be saying the same thing soon!

SureSlim Hale has now been open for over six months and the life changing stories are starting to role in, (which we feature in our monthly newsletters) we also have informal open coffee mornings once a month for those clients wanting to share their experiences with others.
