From the comfort of your home, take advantage of our Customer Care Team who will motivate and support you throughout!

• Your SureSlim Eating Plan : will be sent directly to you via first class post 5 –7 working days from receipt of your blood test. You will also be sent your Lifestyle programme, a sheet on breaking the rules and social guidelines.

• Getting you started: Your first consultation lasts for 30-45 minutes. Your SureSlim Consultant will carefully go through your plan with you, from the foods to planning your meals and what you can expect from your plan. On the SureSlim eating plan the average weight loss is *10lbs per month. Both weight loss and inch loss are measured on the SureSlim eating plan. At each consultation clients are asked to provide their weight and 3 measurements. (Ladies – Bust, Waist and Hips, : Gentlemen – Neck, Chest and Tummy.) Tape measures are provided in your programme pack. Appointments are always scheduled at a time convenient to you.

• Support is essential on any weight loss programme. On the 3rd day of your programme you will receive a 5 minute call as you may be experiencing some detox symptoms. You will receive advice and support from your consultant who will also answer any questions you may have.

• Your weight loss : You will be motivated throughout to lose an average of *10lbs per month providing you stick to the plan.

• Maintainance: Remember that once you reach your goal weight you will use the Lifestyle programme to ensure you can maintain your new weight effectively!

• Life is for Living : The SureSlim Eating Plan is designed with normal everyday living in mind. Not only will you lose an average of 10lbs per month but your life will not be put on hold. Your consultant will help and advise you throughout so that you can not only lose your weight but enjoy life to the full. *This may vary slightly with certain medications such as HRT, Prednisolone and Thyroxine, when the average weight loss is reduced to 8 lbs per month.
